It’s Time for Some Property Clean Up!
Quick Summary for those that just want the basics
- It’s time to do some exterior property clean up: landscaping, repair/replace things in disrepair, remove clutter/trash.
- Community inspection will happen mid-June 2025.
- Experiencing a hardship & need help with clean up? Reach out!
- Reminder: Exterior updates/changes (or if you have and didn’t submit for approval): Submit an architectural request.
Spring is here and Summer is around the corner, if you haven’t already, it’s time to do some property clean up. Make some time soon to clean up your landscaping, identify things around your property that need repair & make it happen, and remove any clutter/trash that may be sitting around.
This is also a heads-up that there will be a community inspection by our management company in mid-June. Each property in PMHOA will be reviewed from the street (or driveway from shared driveways for backlots) to identify if there are any violations to our governing documents. The Board will then review any properties that are flagged and will determine if letters need to be sent out with guidance for resolving issues.
Property Clean Up
Unsure of where to start? Here is some guidance from our governing documents:
- All Lots shall be kept free of clutter.
- Maintain existing architectural features on your home/property.
- Regularly cut your grass. Maintain your flower beds, including removal of weeds.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, small bushes or trees, in an appropriate scale for your landscaping. Remove dead items (trees, shrubs, bushes, flowers).
- Keep lot clear of debris such as branches, trash, construction materials, unused toys & sports equipment, etc.
- All properties are required to have a post light in working condition that activates not more than one hour after sun down and deactivate the light not more than one hour before sunrise.
Hardship or Need Help?
If you are currently experiencing extenuating circumstances or hardships and need a little help with your property clean up, please reach out on TownSq or call our property manager so the Board can engage some neighborhood volunteers to help.
