Get Support and Ask Questions:

The Association’s Board of Directors are volunteers elected by the owners and serve without compensation. Board Members are not required under the Association’s Declaration, Bylaws or State Law to make themselves personally available to individual owners for the expression of their grievances, either in person or by telephone.

To assist the Board in this regard, it has retained the services of Associa CMS – Mason, a professional community association management company. Any comments, complaints, suggestions or requests for information from any owner are to be submitted to the Association’s community association manager in writing. All such requests are then submitted by the Community Association Manager to the Board of Directors for consideration.
