To guarantee a quorum at the annual meeting, we ask that all homeowners complete, sign, date, and return your proxy regardless of your plans to attend the meeting.
For those who attend the meeting, your proxy will be revoked at sign-in, in place of your attendance. Please note requesting all homeowners submit a proxy is an updated procedure to ensure we comply with our governing documents.
